For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits - Front Line Team Members - (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) The Ramp agent responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific building. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below. This position requires valid Driver license. Essential Duties Sweep entire ramp. Clean oil spills from all gates. Policing and sweeping parking spots. Clean blast fence lines. Clean service roads. Clean bag rooms and remove waste. Sweep, with broom, all private stairways. Police stairwells and clean or damp mop spillage in public areas as required. Remove waste from dumpsters. Keep slop sink rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly condition. Sweep outside entrance areas. Snow removal. Operating any snow equipment. Operating street sweepers and vehicles. Add salt on ground when necessary. Heavy lifting of waste bags. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. *Job duties may be modified at any time.
