Coordinator of Trade Marketing AnADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next Coordinatorof Trade Marketing to join our team in our Houston, TX OR Miami, FL locations. In 2003, we expandedour product portfolio with recognized worldwide brands including Diana andother brands. Diana is recognized throughout Central American for its full lineof quality snacks to which we became the exclusive importer for productsdeveloped for the US market. Aboutthe Role : The Coordinatorof Trade Marketing role is responsible for: Providingkey information and identify opportunities to support the area in action plansto close gaps in the execution of PDV plans. Managingorder, cleanliness, control, inventory, and efficient management of entrancesand exits of the different storages under your responsibility for materials,supplies, furniture, and promotional items. Coordinatingtimely and efficient deliveries of promotional materials and supplies to theSales Force that allow the execution of TMK strategies in POS. What YouWill Do : Core dutiesand responsibilities include the following. Preparationand implementation of market strategies in coordination with the commercialarea Maintaindue and optimal control and execution of the assigned expense budget. Ability toanalyze data and manage it to prepare profitable proposals, plans, measurementof plans, monitoring, and results. High timemanagement and productivity to cover assigned responsibilities-tasks. Optimallysupervise and establish effective methodology of the personnel in charge. Identifyand report opportunities, needs and improvements in relation to diverse typesof POP materials, supplies, services to achieve gap closure and to develop ourcategories, brands, and target POS. Market,product, price, and competition analysis. Coordinatesupport tasks assigned for participation in food shows, events, fairs, andexhibitions. Achievelocal suppliers of POP materials, supplies, services (Demos, transportation,promotion, promotional items). And maintain a constant search for suppliers inaccordance with new market trends for materials and services. Willingnessto travel within and outside the country - With your own vehicle and validlicense. Conductvisits to the market to validate the execution of current plans or to prepareproposals. Apply thedefined procedure for good control, order, cleaning of assigned storages,supply and timely delivery of different POP materials or tools to achieveplans. Complywith the distribution of POP materials, resources required for the execution ofbrand-portfolio plans. Availabilityto make internal and external transfers (Example: Airport-Source-Storage). Collaboratein other activities that are assigned by your immediate boss. Complywith quality, content, and deliveries according to dates of the differentrequested reports. Performsother related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. OurPerfect Candidate Education and Experience: Bachelor'sdegree in marketing or business. Atleast 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role dealing with point-of-sales,and point-of-presence. Previousexperience partnering with sales marketers and business associates to developmarketing techniques and strategies to reach customers in a specific channel. Experiencein sales, merchandising, marketing, trade marketing for retail companies. Knowledgeof POP materials, and metric system. MUST BE Bilingual in Englishand Spanish . RequiredAbilities and Skills: Abilityto drive a vehicle and must have a vehicle for transportation. Customerservice orientation, teamwork, achievement of objectives and results. Negotiation,persuasion, communication, and interaction skills. Classificationof territories, route planning. Managementof Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
