Primary Responsibilities:? Works as the main provider of major medical aesthetic procedures offered in our brand new med spa, including but not limited to neuromodulator, derma filler and laser skin rejuvenation, etc.? Trains junior practitioners and aestheticians on treatment protocols and skills? Provides clear and proper consultation to patients? Collaborates with the spa owners in determining the business strategy, both during the pre-opening process and on an ongoing basis.Qualifications:? Holds current state license and meets the continuing education requirements required by the Texas Medical Board? At least 3 years of direct experience in administrating neuromodulators, derma fillers and other common medical aesthetic procedures? In-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics and related procedures? Excellent communication skills, possessing strong ability to train/mentor colleagues and conduct patient consultation.?
