We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to work at our client's company, spearheading marketing programs for third-party grocery merchants on a leading online marketplace. This role is ideal for proactive individuals adept at creating engaging shopping experiences and improving merchant performance through strategic marketing initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Direct and manage comprehensive marketing programs, including strategic placements on the marketplace platform and targeted email campaigns. Develop and implement best-in-class shopping experiences for customers and merchant partners, managing storefront merchandising, coordinating promotion execution, and owning various events. Craft compelling presentations and materials for merchants that effectively communicate marketing strategies and outcomes. Assist with merchant onboarding and the setup of online storefronts to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the platform. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns and merchant performance. Lead and manage end-to-end projects that require collaboration across multiple functions within the organization. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or related fields. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and multi-task effectively. Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to derive actionable insights from data. Proficient in communication and presentation, capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external stakeholders. Adept at working in a fast-paced, technologically evolving environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. "The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35-$42 to an hour.
