The Opportunity We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing best-in-class service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Customer Interaction: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. - Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. - Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. Order Processing: - Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. - Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing. - Track and update customers on the status of their orders. Problem Resolution: - Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems and find effective solutions. - Document and report recurring issues to help improve products and services. Product Knowledge: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits. Communication: - Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams. - Provide proactive updates on ongoing issues and resolutions. - Collaborate with teammates to share insights and best practices. Quality Assurance: - Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and information provided. - Adhere to established service standards and guidelines. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs. The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 3+ yrs experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude.
