We are currently hiring a Wildlife and Exclusion Technician who can learn quickly, digest technical information, and thrive working in a team environment.Our Wildlife and Exclusion Technicians play a pivotal role in our commitment to relationship-based pest management. Collaborating with both residential and commercial clients, these technicians utilize their keen inspection skills to resolve, trap, and implement exclusion techniques, preventing pest-related issues. Proficiency in basic carpentry and the ability to manipulate metal using a break are essential skills for this role. While experience in dealing with nuisance wildlife is a plus, we are willing to assist in obtaining the necessary certifications.Effective communication and robust technology skills are paramount for successful interactions with both customers and colleagues. Individuals should be capable of reaching with hands and arms, climbing on ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Applicants must possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and should be comfortable working on ladders up to 40 feet. Technicians should anticipate working in various climates.
