Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking a Spanish Speaking Clinic Manager, to be part of our great team at our Vida Renton clinic! In this position, you’ll provide support to the clinical team and leadership. The ideal candidate must have experience in a clinic manager role with supervisory skills and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with management experience working in any of the following settings: athletic facilities, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and internal medicine. Must speak fluent Spanish and English. Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday Perks & Benefits of Joining Vida: • Generous and Flexible Paid Time Off• Paid Holidays• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more.• Internal Wellness program with annual credits• Product & Supplement Discounts• 401(k) with employer match Responsibilities:• Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients• Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks• Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations• Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed• Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic task as assigned to support the team Qualifications:• Must have experience as a clinic manager or supervisor• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, and ability to work with others as a team as well as able to learn quickly from oral and written instructions• Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams) Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: We are a premier provider of integrated health care serving the greater Seattle area.
