We Offer: • Competitive base salary• Five day work week• Paid time off• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) plan with match• Life, AD&D and Long-term disability benefits• CME, Virginia and DEA licenses allowance• Malpractice insurance• Collaborative work environment Responsibilities:• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients' medical concerns• Instruct patients on preventive health care, medications, and strategies for healthy living• Perform diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging examinations• Observe patients' progression and keep precise medical records• Develop treatment plans for patients, modifying medications and care as required• Familiarity with Value-Based Care Qualifications:• MD or DO from an accredited institution• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions• Hold a valid and active medical license in Virginia• Show familiarity with contemporary medical techniques, technology, and procedures Compensation: $190,000 - $240,000 yearly About Company: NOVA Patient Care is one of the largest outpatient primary care organizations. We serve patients with immediate care needs for minor illnesses and injuries and comprehensive and personalized primary health care for most medical conditions. We currently provide walk-ins and immediate care and primary care to our patients and communities.
