VMware, Windows, and Citrix certifications are a plus.Other Skills:ITIL Certification is a plusThree to five years Citrix / VMwareBachelor's Degree in Computer or Engineering preferred or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Active Directory/Sun Directory Services/Windows Server 2003/2008 requiredFive to ten years IT experienceDiagnostic of and troubleshooting common guest/host issuesStrong problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skillsMust be detail orientedThe position is responsible for supporting Vmware, Windows, and Citrix environments. Participate in maintenance projects, production support and technical documentation. Perform installs, patches and support. Perform server software and hardware installations and upgrades, server performance monitoring and tuning, logical and physical hardware design, storage management, capacity planning, backup strategies and disaster recovery strategies and design.Experience supporting VMware, Windows, and Citrix-Enterprise environments. Required 3 YearsBachelor of Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience. Required VMware, Windows, and Citrix certifications. Highly desired ITIL Certification.
