SARAH SENECA Residential Services is an agency that supports individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in residential settings.We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operations of a group home in Branford area.Job Duties include: Supervise, support, and mentor residential staff Being an effective advocate for staff and individuals served Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with staff, guardians, funding sources, etc. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication Complete and maintain the staff schedule. Participate in rotating "on-call" responsibilities Oversee staff in all required documentation Oversee finances for individuals and group home. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensuring group home is ready for licensing and QSR audits Ensure individuals receive medical care and behavioral oversite Coach and train staff in all areas of group home, individuals, etc. Perform other duties as required. Required to have High school diploma and drivers license.
