Job Description: The PDN Float nurse will deliver skilled nursing services and perform related divisional teaching/visit duties to ensure the highest quality of care for children with specialized healthcare needs. Full Time Benefits Include: Competitive compensation Robust benefits package including PTO 401k with generous company match Guaranteed 40 hours a week Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains on-going relationships with management, department staff, case workers, patients, and family members in order to best meet the needs of clients. Ensures that delivery of nursing services is compliant with company/state policies. Available resource person to other health team members in the identification and fulfillment of patient needs. Maintains liaison with the community’s health-related resources. Prepare and submit timely written documentation as required by policy. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing Current state Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license. Pediatric nursing experience required.
