The ideal candidate will have experience working on real estate and corporate matters and demonstrate a commitment to living and working in western Massachusetts. Duties:Provide legal advice and support on transactional and corporate matters, including real estate transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, corporate governance documents, and commercial contracts.Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate and corporate transactions.Assist clients with business formation and entity selection.Advise clients on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.Negotiate and structure business transactions to achieve clients' objectives.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on complex transactions and projects.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal developments. Requirements:2-4 years of law firm experience working on real estate and corporate matters.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated commitment to living and working in western Massachusetts. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills:Experience with real estate and corporate transactions.Ability to draft and review legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong client service orientation.
