The candidate must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Duties:Provide legal support and representation in commercial litigation matters.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in case management and strategy development.Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to effectively handle cases.Engage in marketing and business development activities, including client meetings and presentations. Requirements:3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Prior law firm experience is preferred.Bilingual capabilities are preferred.Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Experience in marketing and business development activities is a plus.
