Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense,Medical Malpractice Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience and will work closely with senior attorneys on complex Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases. Duties:Collaborate with senior attorneys on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases.Engage in motions briefing, including drafting and arguing motions.Take and defend depositions.Prepare for and participate in trials or arbitrations.Develop case management strategies for complex legal issues.Collaborate with other associates and legal staff on case matters. Requirements:1-3 years of civil litigation experience.Experience or interest in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases.License to practice law in the state of Nevada preferred.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:License to practice law in the state of Nevada (preferred). Skills:Legal research and writing.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Trial preparation and advocacy.Deposition skills.Case management and strategy development.Collaboration and teamwork.
