The ideal candidate should have a solid background in general civil litigation and courtroom experience. They must possess outstanding writing and verbal skills, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases. Active admission to the Colorado Bar is required, along with exceptional attention to detail in legal work. Duties:Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including but not limited to general civil disputes, contract disputes, tort claims, and more.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.Manage and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Provide strategic legal advice and counseling to clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in civil litigation laws and regulations.Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and professional guidelines. Requirements:Active admission to the Colorado Bar.5-20 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in Colorado.Strong background in general civil litigation with courtroom experience.Proven track record of handling diverse civil litigation cases.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in legal work.Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective time management and organizational abilities.Collaborative and team-oriented approach to legal practice.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active admission to the Colorado Bar (Required) Skills:Strong background in general civil litigation.Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and case preparation.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Courtroom experience and trial skills.Negotiation and settlement skills.Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent legal services.Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively.Knowledge of Colorado civil litigation laws and procedures.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ethical and professional conduct in all legal matters.
