The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in liaising directly with clients, and proactively driving client matters and projects. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean is a must, and candidates should be interested in a career focused on the global representation of technology-driven Korean companies. Duties:Directly liaise with clients to understand their legal needs.Proactively drive client matters and projects to successful completion.Provide legal advice and counsel on litigation or transactional matters.Draft legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.Conduct legal research and analysis.Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure effective client representation. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar and eligibility to practice law in New York.3-6 years of litigation or transaction experience.Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean. Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive approach to driving client matters.Legal research and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
