Responsibilities: • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent• Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information• Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Real estate sales Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
