The Organization: Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is home to 18,000+ residents. Formed initially as Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 in 1977, BCMUD provides water and wastewater services, recreational activities, beautiful gardens, parks, and miles of trails through the Brushy Creek community. BCMUD operates four swimming pools, four tennis courts, and a disc golf course throughout the community. At the heart of our District is the Brushy Creek Community Center. Our Community Center features two gyms, two racketball courts, weight room, rock wall, and recreational programming, including various fun activities, educational and fitness classes. Brushy Creek employs approximately 190 seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. Water Facility Supervisor: The Water Facility Supervisor serves as the chief operator of the District's Water Facility, overseeing operations and maintenance of water production and ensuring regulatory compliance. Job Duties: Plans, schedules, and implements maintenance and operational activities designed to provide quality water. Performs various laboratory analyses associated with water production to make process control adjustments or to ensure regulatory compliance. TCEQ monthly operating report. Calibrates analytical equipment and instructs others on proper calibration. Supervise daily operations and team members. Minimum Requirement: Maintain current certification/license: Texas Commission of Environmental Quality Water Operator B license. Four years of experience relating to operation, maintenance, or repair of water treatment facility; preferably one year experience at a membrane water treatment facility. Must be able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of a PALL membrane treatment system. A valid Texas driver's license.
