This listing is for a 2014 Jupiter tenor trombone (Carnegie XL model CTB-40) in excellent condition with a brand new Crossrock case that is AMAZING (see in 5 of the photos)!Jupiter is an excellent top quality brand name for reasonably priced instruments. This trombone features a beautiful gold-brass bell (which is less susceptible to corrosion than yellow-brass) and a nickel-silver outer slide (which is harder and more dent resistant than brass)! The outer slide on most trombones in this price range are typically just made of brass. A nickel-silver outer slide is an option that is usually only available on more expensive trombones. It is really amazing to find a nickel-silver outer slide on any top brand name trombone under $1000! This Jupiter trombone looks and sounds awesome!
