Our client, aprivately-owned well established Food Production company, is currently seeking to hire aMaintenance Supervisorat their plant for their Night ShiftThis is what the position entails:Direct maintenance personnel and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies for your shift (Will consider a strong Maintenance Lead Mechanic)Yourshift will be from 4 PM to 2 AM.Lead a group of 5 to 7 technicians.You will ensure the proper working of all systems in the facility.You will supervise a maintenance team to make sure all maintenance activities are completed in a manner that complies with all Company policies and OSHA rules and regulations.You will interpret, delegate, and execute the daily preventive maintenance schedule.You must have:High School Diploma a must(Degree a plus)10 plus years of Industrial Maintenance experience working at a manufacturing plant(Food Manufacturing a plus)Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance MechanicPLC Troubleshooting experience a mustElectrical experience a mustConveyor experience a mustFacilities Repair a mustBoilers a plusAmmonia refrigeration a plusUnion experience a plusExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishBilingual in Spanish a plusIn return they offer:Salary, bonus, and overtimepay thatcan equate to up to $90,000 total in your first yearCareer growth opportunitiesExcellent benefits including a matching 401K retirement planRelocation assistance is being offered if necessaryAre you the person we are seeking?
