Duties:Represent lenders, borrowers, and parties in financing transactions.Draft and negotiate agreements for senior secured lending in music, film, and TV.Apply knowledge of finance, entertainment, and copyright law.Work independently and collaboratively within a team. Requirements:4-6 years of entertainment finance experience at a law firm.JD from a nationally recognized law school.Licensed to practice law in California.Strong academic background. Preferred Skills:Experience with debt and equity financing in entertainment.Knowledge of music, film, and TV industry practices.Familiarity with senior secured lending agreements.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education Certifications:JD from a nationally recognized law school.Licensed to practice law in California.
