I truly believe it's years of neglect. I know there is a loving boy in him. Come meet him for yourself.Adoption processPlacing a cat with the right family is never taken lightly. I know adopting a pet is a 15/20 yr commitment and will always make sure the new family knows that.Shelter locationThe Cat Lounge in Whittier. 14241 Oak St., Whittier, CA 90605 Purchased building in Aug. 2022, hoping to be open Jan. 2024.
