Flexible Schedule: With shifts on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm, you'll have the flexibility to balance work with your personal life. Your Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care tailored to the unique needs of individuals with IDD, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Work closely with our RN manager and group home manager to deliver prompt and effective emergency caregiving services when needed. Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and mobility support, enhancing independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any relevant observations to ensure comprehensive support for our residents. Qualifications We're Looking For: Must hold a valid LPN license in Oregon, with a passion for providing top-notch care to those in need. Proficiency in tube feeding, IV maintenance, and other specialized procedures, along with CPR/first aid certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
