More autonomy and leadership? We can help get youthere! This is a newly implemented department within our company and we are looking for a leader to help bring HVAC services to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties Customer service focused is #1 priority! Manage, train and mentor a team of HVAC technicians  Some field work as necessary Evaluate customer requests Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options Provide work order descriptions and pricing quotes Manage inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the business Locate and diagnose maintenance problems for various air quality systems in residential homes Install, service, diagnose and repair systems/ equipment  Maintain a clean, organized job site and truckQualifications and Skills Universal Refrigeration license required EPA Certification required  Journeyman or Master Gas Fitters License Journeyman or Master Sheet Metal License Knowledge of applicable venting and installation codes Oil burner experience/license a plus 3+ years’ experience, managerial or lead experience is required High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's license with no citations in the last 3 years is required Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check Excellent verbal communication skills Strong leadership, management and customer service skillsBenefits and Perks Compensation $75-90K+ plus commission Benefits Offered: 401K, Dental, Medical, Vision, and much more Employee appreciation events twice a year Generous employee referral program Complimentary snacks & refreshments!Powered by JazzHR
