We seek a Leader in Training for Customer service/ Cashier and Cook to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is positive, motivated, consistent, organized and able to handle pressure and communicate well. We are passionate about people, serving others, and our food. We seek someone passionate, self-motivated, works well with others, requires minimal supervision, and loves learning. Salary: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Job opportunities as a Team Member are generally offered as full-time or part-time restaurant jobs. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part-time job(s) at Chick-fil-A, Publix, Culver's and Starbucks. Requirements/Responsibilities Leader in Training Responsibilities: -Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant-Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs-Accurately process all cash and credit payments-Provide exceptional customer service-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies-Stock inventory-Be a friendly, encouraging team player-Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Qualifications and Requirements: -Smile-Create and Maintain Eye Contact-Speak Enthusiastically-Make Emotional Connections with Guests-Reliable transportation-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-Strong people skills with a desire to serve-Strong commitment to superior customer service-Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility-Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred. -Must be available to work 20 hours a week minimum.
