D1 Training is expanding in your town! JOIN OUR TEAM. D1 Training is in need of a high energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 Training products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT. This is the 1st of 5 New Locations throughout Colorado Springs! We are proud to bring more D1 Training locations to the area. Opportunity to grow responsibility as the company grows. At D1 Training, Recruiters are responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self-motivated, team oriented person with a passion for sports and fitness. Sales, business operations, and social media experience are a huge plus. This opening starts off part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends. As a D1 Training Recruiter, you will meet with all prospects in person to close sales for front-end offers. You will meet with all prospects that are currently completing a free workout or in a duration-based offer to close them into a membership. Must be able to close phone sales for any marketing promotions that require phone sales externally or internally. Must nurture leads and set free workout appointments and/or consultations when not in a sales appointment. Must be resilient and not allow emotions to impact their sales ability & energy. Must be selfless and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization. Must be a high-energy person who shows up consistent every single day. Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market. Must be curious and ask questions. Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all-day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility. Must be comfortable closing deals and collecting payment information. Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect. Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out. Must be a closer. Must be relentless. As the Sales Lead your focus everyday will be on working leads and closing deals. You will be working leads from two different categories, non-organic and organic. For non-organic leads your will call and text all leads setting and/or confirming appointments. For organic social media leads you will be messaging leads, collecting contact information, and setting appointments. Once these appointments are set you will then ensure that the lead shows up for their appointment where you will then sell them using the prescriptive sell. If a lead does not show up you will attempt to reschedule, if a lead shows up and does not buy then you will attempt to get them back in to buy in the future. In addition to these tasks, D1 Recruiters have the ability to earn small commission on Core Program Sales, Workout Pack Sales, Personal Training Sales, Group Training Sales, Team Training Sales, and work for a company that is growing rapidly across the country. D1 Training has over 100 facilities open and 100+ in development. Responsibilities: Beginning Of Day • Have sales room ready to make sales• Confirm all same day appointments (call text)• Reply to all texts to increase scheduling show %• Add organic leads into POS• Work nurture sequence on all new leads (Time.Kills.All.Deals.)• Verify that automated messages are going out to prospects• Respond to leads in FB messenger / Instagram DM schedule free workouts• Call all new leads that came through over-night• Role Play Middle Of Day: • Make sure all new clients are scheduled for their orientation• Make sure all new clients are entered into processed in POS• Update POS and D1 team with all appointment information Have completed nurture sequence on all paid leads• Have completed nurture sequence on all organic leads End Of Week: • Send EOW report to General Manager with weekly stats• Hit our minimum KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)...it is expected that the Sales Person can exceed these minimum requirements Qualifications: Housekeeping Responsibilities • Check all bathrooms, make sure they are clean and stocked• Make sure the workout area is stocked and prepped for the following workout/day• Walk the turf/weight room and make sure it is tidy (no trash, coach materials, personal belongings)• Vacuum weight room• Restock fridge/snack / gear shelves• Follow the open/closing checklist (lights, locks, tv's) Front Desk Responsibilities • Stand up and greet everyone that comes into the facility• Answer all phone calls, handle customer service inquiries• Stand at the entry spot (iPad kiosk) 10 mins prior to every workout to assist with check-ins and verify client status• Check out and confirm all appointments on the schedule• Keep the front desk area/lobby clean and organized• Check voicemail and reply to messages or forward to the correct staff member g. Gather content for social media Sales Responsibilities • Monitor social media for messages / inquiries• Answer incoming calls• Greet free trials upon arrival, verify waiver/profile status, and bring them to the appropriate coach Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly About Company: First playing with Peyton Manning at the University of Tennessee and then as a National Champion and captain, Will Bartholomew suffered an NFL career-ending injury with the Denver Broncos. He came home to rehab with aspirations of making it back to the league but had no place to truly train. No place that would allow him to recover and optimize his performance. At that time, most places were akin to a traditional box gym that had no appetite for training at the level of an elite athlete, let alone any type of guided group workout opportunities. That’s when he realized there was no place to train as he did at a Division 1 College facility, with the best coaches, equipment, workout programs, and community in the country. It was with this simple realization that he started the D1 journey. What began in 2001 as training kids in a grass field, evolved into numerous world-class training facilities all over the country, producing some of the best athletes on Earth.
