Essential Functions: Lead process alignment initiatives to meet business process objectives and performance measures with organizational objectives and strategies. Anticipate barriers plan for operational success. Ensure that the processes, policies, and technologies implemented align with the strategic objectives and operational requirements of each organization. Enable efficient access provisioning, mitigates risks, ensure compliance, and facilitate business agility. Transition acquisition company processes to the accounting and finance team to implement the FreshEdge policies. Regularly evaluate and review the company’s Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve efficiencies to established processes. Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor successful implementation of changed and new processes. Competencies, Education, and Experience: Strong organizational skills Continuous improvement and focus on skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills; problem solver Ability to work closely with operating company employees in a team environment and manage independent projects Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint) Related associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Experience managing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm Physical Demands: Stand or sit for long periods of time Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.
