Job DescriptionJob Description An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Winchester, MA area for an individual with 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager for design build, turnkey construction projects, and a background in Multifamily and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary with a loaded benefits package including substantial medical and life insurance benefits, a 401K w/ matching, bonuses, PTO and other outstanding perks. Required work experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ground-up/new construction projects is a MUST Experienced with Multifamily and Commercial projects (e.g.,automotive, laboratories, life science, offices, etc.) ranging from $7M-$20M is a MUST Experience in Construction Management and Administration (including scheduling, submittals, permitting, budget management, labor and material management, project tracking, etc.) is a MUST Proficiency in managing and coordinating various MEP, structural, and architectural project drawings/designs is a MUST Knowledgeable in state building codes and design compliance is a MUST If interested, please submit your resume in PDF or Microsoft Word format for consideration. - Etech Hi, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer/staffing firm and we are committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
