Position Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter - Customer Service Position Summary: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of product operations? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of product-related issues. Key Responsibilities: As an Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter, your responsibilities will include: Providing proactive communication with customers regarding product status and addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Maintaining product flow based on customer requirements, ensuring deadlines are met. Facilitating and managing interdepartmental workflow to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Tracking internal risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues. Strict adherence to company delivery metrics and quality assurance standards to uphold our commitment to excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and analyze information to optimize processes. Demonstrating multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively. Performing other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and company. Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should possess: Strong customer service skills with a focus on product knowledge and quality assurance. Proven problem-solving abilities and documentation skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively over the phone and in person. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to analyze information to make informed decisions. The capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
