We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Construction Management market segment in the Bay Area. Senior Project Manager day-to-day: Capable knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements Provides oversight, technical expertise, and leadership related to conceptualization, design, engineering, systems, material and construction means and methods Participates in business pursuit and strategy Leads project teams, subcontractors, joint ventures and resource partners with a focus on project success Leads the functions to obtain, maintain, and manage data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, contractors/subcontractors, or other project related entities Directs, manages, and monitors activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related performing entities Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures related to project and client requirements Lead in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses Ensure contractor, architect, engineer, and provider contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment Develops industry related resources, networks and technical solutions. Builds new and existing relations with industry partners Provide management of project logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilization Ensure projects close out to secure guarantees, warranties, and related provisions for final project delivery to owner entities Support business development activities for pursuits, proposals, submittals and resources for cost and performance Ensure project and organization quality of services are rendered Perform other duties as required What we offer: Competitive Compensation: $145k - $175k Vehicle Allowance and Fuel Card Generous Bonus Plan Phone Allowance Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Life and AD&D Insurance Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Wellness Program What we're looking for: Four-year college degree with emphasis in technical disciplines such as engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent technical area of study 10+ years of experience in management of construction, engineering or architectural related projects Experience working on DSA Education projects is a plus Registration as Architect, Engineer, and/or GC license is a plus Must possess knowledge and application of construction management? estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering and construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications Applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interaction in professional settings Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project related systems such as Prolog, Sure Track, and Primavera Ability to represent Roebbelen and client entities in a professional manner at all times to ensure company quality, policies, procedures, and compliance to all applicable contracts, laws and regulations At Roebbelen, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
