Insignia College Ltd. is looking for a full-time Accounting Bookkeeper Title: Accounting Bookkeeper Location: Unit 206, 10252 City Parkway, Surrey BCSalary: $26.50 per hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Temporary Positions Available: 1Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems• Administering payrolls, arranging payments for invoices• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, , maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger• Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns & process payroll in a timely manner• Match purchase orders with invoices Job Requirement: • Education: Completion of two year diploma in accounting is required • Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience is required Interested candidates please contact by email: xyz X@.
