Who You Are We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our Finance and Accounting departments. You are great with numbers, love working on excel, and know how to do payroll and log accounting data on Quick Books. Most importantly you have the attitude to learn new things and thrive in a diverse and high paced startup environment. You will report directly to the Head of Finance in day-to-day financials and be responsible for recording and tracking the financial transactions of our company. Roles & Responsibilities Enter data, record day-to-day financial transactions, and maintain weekly records. Constantly verify that transactions are recorded in the correct way in Quick Books Online. Create and send invoices to customers and reconcile Accounts Receivable. Maintain Accounts Payable updated and pay suppliers on a weekly basis. Bank and credit card reconciliations and perform periodic accounting adjustments as required. Update monthly schedules, such as depreciation, prepaid, vacation accrual, etc. and create reports and financial statements. Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support based on analysis.
