The successful candidate will be proactive in this role contributing to the efficiency and improvement of data entry and email processing procedures. This position must be able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, forward thinking and thrive in a fast-paced, electronic environment while maintaining accuracy and reliability in the work performed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Extensive use of Abode Acrobat to merge, code, extract, label, and create documents Data entry into in-house accounting software as required by the department Monitor.
