This is a full-time, remote position within Canada with up to 20% travel for client site visits. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant - Small Business to join our team and provide expert guidance and consulting services to small business clients. You will work with clients to identify their business needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and recommending new technologies that can help improve their business operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Consulting: Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability for clients. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Develop sales training programs to improve sales team performance. Work with clients to develop pricing strategies and identify new sales channels. Strategy Consulting: Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities and business threats. Develop business plans and help clients develop strategic initiatives to achieve their goals. Analyze sales dashboards / historical statements to identify areas for improvement. Assist clients in identifying and evaluating acquisition targets. Technology Consulting: Evaluate clients’ existing technology systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend new technology solutions that can improve business operations. Develop implementation plans for new technology solutions. Provide training to clients on new technology systems. Client Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor. Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates and identify new opportunities. Manage multiple clients simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met. Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
