The Role: As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, you can make your own powerful contribution to the quality of life within our communities. You'll use your expertise to ensure both domestic and commercial buildings throughout the city meet regulatory standards in terms of health, safety, sustainability, energy conservation, accessibility and design. It's an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of exciting projects, including historic and landmark buildings, complex mixed: use schemes and a wide array of domestic developments. You can also expect to work on temporary structures as the borough hosts a wide number of major public events each year.
