Saltworks is pleased to offer an exciting career development position for aspiring engineers! You will support the operations and testing of our pilot-scale water treatment and lithium production plants. This role is ideally suited for recently graduated Mechanical Engineers who seek to build a career in advanced clean technology. Your career will start with valuable experience operating, tuning, and troubleshooting innovative pilot plants that desalinate industrial waters and/or refine lithium into electric vehicle battery grade inputs. You will develop valuable hands-on, process-control, project management, and quality assurance skills while being mentored by senior engineers. Once you gain a detailed understanding of our processes (in approximately 6-8 months) you will have the opportunity to transition to the Project Management Office as a Project Engineer.
