Learning & Development Manager – Hybrid – Up to £50,000Learning & Development Manager Location: Central London – Hybrid Salary: Up to £50,000 COREcruitment is working with a leisure group with multiple sites across the UK and America They are rapidly expanding They are currently recruiting the role of Learning and Development Manager will focus on making the most of people’s talents and developing them to their full potential. You’ll lead the learning and development of our associates across the UK venues, and our HQ to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Build and support the facilitation of Bi-weekly induction and guest service training backss individual, departmental, and organisational learning and development needs. Own the initial training plan process, ensuring that key stake holders and line managers in venue are providing the relevant training to new starters. Develop career paths within the organization, ensuring that our training plans are developed and available for consistency. Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements. Curate learning content and backss relevant learning and development options. Use blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training and e-learning. Co-ordinate the logistics of training sessions. Identify external training partners. Evaluate success of learning interventions and report to senior management. Keep abreast of latest learning and development products and approaches. Manage our LMS, building e-learning modules as required, and ensuring the hierarchy and structure is updated and maintained. Support venues with custom learning content as required. Work with key stakeholders to build on and influence our Guest Services training. Analyse key people data and liaise with senior management and People Team to decipher wants from needs.
