Go Global Consultants Moga Inc is looking to hire an Office Administrator (TEER 13100) on a permanent full-time basis Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Number of Vacancies: 1 Address: 1713 37A Ave NW Edmonton, AB T6T 1X9 Pay Scale: $30 per hour Education: Secondary (high)school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Job Duties:1. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met3. Carry out administrative activities of establishment4. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation5. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services6. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls7. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.8. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Essential Skills: Client Focus, Effective Interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
