Your role in a nutshell As a Field Representative and ambassador of the brand, you will work in close partnership with our retail customers to drive product presence and grow customer engagement in your region. You will be responsible for all in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and events, while shaping a customer focused shop experience that brings the brand to life in store. Key Accountabilities Establish the value add of the brand through building relationships with in-store staff and providing superior product education and training. Ensure planogram is up to date and followed by in-store beauty staff. Responsible for visual presentation and aligning to brand standards. Ensure testers are on display.
