Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated HR Generalist to join our team as the sole HR representative in our organization. As the HR Generalist in a department of 1, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence HR practices within the company. Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off boarding. Recruitment and Onboarding : Develop job descriptions, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates.
