We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client who is based along the South Coast. Within this role, working alongside a great team, you will work on a variety of projects in the retail and leisure sectors. Location: Brighton Contract Type: Permanent Salary: GBP35 / GBP40k Responsibilities: Your day to day duties will include: Support the project team in all commercial matters. Liaise with the site teams and take the lead with contract administration, including record keeping. Delegate commercial activities to other members of the team as appropriate. Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely monthly valuation reports. Supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the appointment of consultants and subcontractors. What are they looking for? This role of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be suitable if: You have 1:2 years experience surveying. You are based within 45 minutes of Brighton. You have the drive and ambition for a Quantity Surveying position. You are willing and eager to further develop your practice and skill set.
