Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time, part-time and relief hours available, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,206.62 per annum (£11.25 per hour). About the role: As a valued Waking Night Support Worker with Thera South West, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different. Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community. Shift time will be 22:00-07:30 you will be lone working supporting 3 gentlemen. Some light cleaning duties will be required. What are the benefits available to our Waking Night Support Worker?
