The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects. The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC. Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Qualifications:Previous Chief Engineer experience in a hotel is preferred. Total engineering experience should be at least three years. About Company: We're next to I-80, a few miles away from the Aksarben Shopping Center. The University of Nebraska Omaha campus is under three miles away and it's six miles to Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Downtown Omaha attractions like the CHI Health Center and the Old Market are eight miles away.
