Qualifications:• Obtaining the necessary licenses to sell insurance products is a requirement. This includes completing pre-licensing courses and passing state insurance exams. New York Life provides support and resources to help you obtain the required licenses.• Sales and customer service skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
