We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• As an Automotive Sales Representative, you are responsible for performing product presentations, product demonstrations, feature introductions, and negotiations in a highly competitive and lucrative industry. • Work and perform in a productive and positive team environment. Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings About Company: South Bay Mazda near Los Angeles customizes the car buying experience for the customer at hand.
