You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Lead generation• Follow the team plan• Lead follow up• CRM and database• Team player• Attend coaching meetings• Attend office meetings Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Show a track record of real estate success• Good communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience• A real estate license is required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: At KW Del Mar, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching team, and multiple office teams in place for San Diego real estate.
