Hello, my name is Alberta, I am a 66 year old woman, but still young at heart, my budget is 650 to 700 a month, I need a bed in the room, I am looking for a room in Orange City, Deltona, or DeLand to be close to my family. I need it by May 1, 2024. I am retired and I am on social security. I am living with my family now, I sleep on their sofa, but I do not have no privacy and no space of my own I love my family but a person needs their own space and privacy. I do not want stairs I had them . I am a quiet person, I do not give or want drama. I am a clean person, I will keep my room and bathroom clean, if I use your kitchen I clean up after myself. I was a caregiver for many years, I do not have a criminal record, I had to go and get a criminal record check, I always passed them to enter anyone's home that I care for . I work in their home 4 days a week I stay with them in the day and the night . I do smoke but I do not smoke in anyone's home like I do for my family and friends. I did not smoke around anyone that I took care of either when I was a caregiver I use a smoker patch. Now , if you do not want me to smoke I will not smoke I will use a smoker patch they work for me . As you know when you care for a person as a caregiver you do not smoke at all around them . I respect my people that I took care of and I will respect you as well . I need long term not short term because I am on a waiting list for a senior apartment but they told me they have a long list of people then they told me that it could take up 2 years before I get one of their apartments. I do not take drugs or drink. No pets , but if you have them I love animals. No one will stay over with me either, if I want to see my family or friends I will go and see them. I stay in my room, but if I see you I will talk to you, I like people and children. I am in good health. I do not have a car so when I need to go out I call my family or a cab , once a month.
