Compensation and Benefits: $105,000-$125,000 Salary based on experience, including health, vision, life, and dental insurance PTO and Sick time HSA Option 401K Retirement plan Licensure reimbursement Weekly therapy reimbursement Malpractice insurance Job Details: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm No weekends or call requirements, and closed on all major holidays This provider will focus on well visits and physicals, prescribe, and tend to urgent care cases.
