The candidate will assist with the development and prosecution of securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Will conduct a detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims. Draft pleadings, including lead plaintiff motions, consolidated complaints, and dispositive motion practice. Provide a supportive role in discovery. Experience with Delaware Court of Chancery preferred. A background in economics or finance is helpful. This boutique firm has offices in several legal markets and has particular expertise in class action litigation.
