As the Manager of Quality Engineering, you'll lead the coordination of all design quality engineering activities for Data Center and Enterprise. Your role involves: * Directing departmental activities to ensure design quality of new products, modifications, and test procedures. * Overseeing advanced quality planning, including FMEA and supplier qualification. * Delivering on software/firmware testing, regulatory compliance, and ensuring product release quality. * Managing departmental functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, and performance evaluations. * Overseeing key projects and recommending changes to quality-related policies and procedures. * Tackling complex issues, analyzing data, and proposing effective solutions. * Handling customer complaints, audit requests, and surveys.What You Will Bring * Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Preferred Degree: Master's degree * 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in management * Required Certification(s): ASQ CQE or ISTQB CTFL * Preferred Certification(s): ASQ CMQ/OE or ISTQB CTAL-TM * Expertise in Data Center and Enterprise environmentsWhat We Can Offer You * Competitive Total Rewards Program with health and financial benefits * Flexible work options, including hybrid work in Tinley Park, IL * Generous vacation, sick days, holidays, and a volunteer day * 401K match and profit sharing * Multiple healthcare options * Parental leave * Growth and development opportunitiesJoin us in building a sustainable and connected world.
